The app for Il Magazine, the journal of Italian healthcare management: articles, interviews and video from the newsroom on iPhone, iPad and Android.
The challenge
Il Magazine has been the journal of Italian healthcare management since 2024, and its readers - general, clinical and administrative directors - read whenever they can: between meetings, travelling, rarely at a desk. The site alone was not enough, and a second newsroom for the app was out of the question.
The solution
We took the title to iOS and Android from the archive the newsroom already fills: the journal’s sections become the app’s, notifications announce each issue, and video, interviews and self-assessment tools sit beside the articles. The people who publish carry on working where they always have.
The result
stores, one newsroom: what goes out in the journal reaches the app with no second workflow.
