The challenge
Culture Club, a chain of three gyms, ran memberships, classes, turnstiles, appointments and payments on disconnected tools. It needed one platform where a manager could move from one club to another without switching programs.
The solution
We designed the system together with the people who run the gym every day: a single installation for the three clubs, direct turnstile integration, bookings and payments from the public website. The product was born in the field, on the real needs of a chain. That work became FitManager, now available to any gym.
The result
platform for the three clubs: members, access, classes and payments. And a product born from two companies working as one.
