The challenge
Koncept worked without an in-house IT team: business suite, PCs and phones, servers, network and security needed someone who would also answer at eight on a Monday morning. And internal processes required tools no off-the-shelf software provided.
The solution
Since 2022 we have been Koncept’s IT department: we run Google Workspace, PC and phone lifecycle, servers, internal network and firewall, from daily tickets to infrastructure planning. And we build the internal products their work needs, integrated into the systems we already manage.
